How do I track my order?


Once your order has been processed and you will be sent a tracking along with the name of the carrier to the email that is provided at the time of purchase. Tracking number is not provided for standard ground shipping.




What are your shipping options and time frame?


Orders are typically processed withing 24-48 hours of placing your order, unless it is an overnight order placed before 12 noon. Once the order is processed the order will then be pulled for shipping and shipped to the address on file. Shipping time typically takes between 3-10 business days. All purchases over $150 are subject to free standard ground shipping.




How do I return an item?


If you are not satisfied with an item it can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving items by logging into your member account and starting the return process. Send e-mail toInfo@shopmynoir.com if you have any problems with this process. Returns and/or exchanges are to be approved on a case by case basis.

Do you provide custom and wholesale orders?


Yes, we do provide custom orders as well as whole slae. Contact us at info@shopmynoir.com to discuss and place custom orders and wholesale orders. Wholesale packages start off at $750, bundles vary depending on inch and texture.
